Yes, ISP proxies support IP whitelisting. To turn this feature on:
Find ISP proxies in the dashboard
Click on the order (1) you need
Locate the Whitelisted IPs section and click Add IP (2)
Enter the IP address (3) you want to whitelist and hit Save (4).
Also, if you add notes to your IPs, it will be easier to manage them later.
