How to turn on the subscription feature for Datacenter Proxies?

Written by Justin

When you buy a subscription for the first time, it will renew automatically.

If you want to turn on the subscription for any of your active orders:

  1. Find Datacenter Proxies in the dashboard.

  2. Click on the active order (1) you need.

  3. Click on the 'Order details' (2) tab.

  4. Enable the 'Subscription' (3) and configure your plan (4) with the proxies you choose to extend (5).

  5. Choose the payment method (6) and click 'Save' (7).

The system will automatically extend your order before it expires, so you’ll keep the same IP addresses. A 30-day order will automatically extend by another 30 days, a 60-day order will automatically extend by another 60 days, and so on. The system will automatically include all discounts you’re entitled to.

Note: You can only extend orders that are still active. Once order status becomes Expired, it cannot be extended or renewed.

Changing Your Payment Card Before Renewal

Update your saved payment card at least one hour before your subscription or order expires to make sure the new card gets used for renewal. Card changes made less than one hour before expiration don't activate in time, so the renewal falls back to your previously selected card.

Note: This fallback only works if the old card is still valid. If it's expired or no longer active, the renewal can fail and your order may not extend automatically.

To avoid interruptions, update your card as soon as you know it's changing, rather than waiting until close to the renewal date.
