To cancel your Rotating Mobile Proxy subscription:
Open your Mobile Rotating Proxies dashboard and click on the order (1) you need in the ‘Mobile Rotating Orders’ section.
Click ‘Cancel subscription’ (2).
To cancel your Dedicated Mobile Proxy subscription:
Go to your Mobile Dedicated Proxies dashboard and click the order (1) you need in the ‘Mobile Dedicated Orders’ section.
2. Click on the ‘Order details’ (2) tab.
3. Toggle the Subscription (3) switch to turn it off.
How to change my subscription?
If you want to upgrade your plan or add more GB to your Mobile Rotating subscription, you don’t have to cancel it.
To change your Mobile Rotating Proxies plan:
Click ‘Manage subscription’ (1) in your Mobile Rotating Proxies dashboard.
Click ‘Upgrade plan’ (2).
Select the amount of data (3) you need or enter the number of GB (4) you want to add, and click the ‘Continue’ (5) button.
Choose your payment method (6) and click ‘Complete order’ (7).
For Dedicated Mobile Proxies, you can only change the duration of your order plan. If you need more proxies, you can create a new order.
