If you list specific websites, we guarantee compatibility with one website.
If you have specific requirements but don't use the 'Extra Requirements' feature when placing your order, we may cancel and refund it. This ensures that you can place a new order with the correct information, allowing us to provide proxies that meet your requirements.
In case of a refund, the full amount is credited back to your IPRoyal account balance. Upon request, we can also refund the original payment method you used, except for cryptocurrency payments, which are non-refundable.
