You simply need to locate the code and enter it when prompted on our dashboard, so we can confirm that you are the legitimate cardholder.

This process helps protect you from fraud and ensures that no one is using your card without permission.

What the Verification Code Looks Like

The code is added directly to the statement descriptor, which is the short line of text that appears next to a card transaction.

It will look something like:

IPR*V 1234 (or similar, depending on the bank)

The 1234 number at the end is the verification code.

The code is valid for 24 hours. If you do not verify the transaction, your payment will be refunded back to the card.

Where to Find the Code

Most banks will show the verification code in one of these places:

  • Directly in the transaction details.

  • Under “More details”, “Merchant details”, or “Payment description”.

  • Inside the downloadable PDF statement.

If you cannot find it, check any option that displays:

  • Merchant information.

  • Card statement details.

  • Full payment description.

See some examples below:

If you are unable to find the code or your bank displays statements differently, just contact our support team.
