What is your replacement policy for ISP and Datacenter Proxies?

For all ISP and Datacenter plans, including 30-, 60-, and 90-day plans without extra requirements, we offer a one-time replacement within the first 24 hours of your order if the proxies aren’t working as expected or you’re experiencing issues you can’t solve with the help of our support team.

Replacements are subject to the standard eligibility conditions:

  • Requests must be submitted within 24 hours since purchase

  • Total traffic usage must remain below 500 MB

  • Each order is eligible for one replacement only

After your order has been replaced once, no further replacements are available for that order - unless the order is extended. Orders with ‘Extra Requirements’ may be handled differently since they involve manual review and proxy selection.

What Is Your Replacement Policy for Extended ISP and Datacenter Proxy Orders?

If you extend your order, you may be eligible for additional replacements, depending on the duration of your plan:

  • 30-day plan: you can request one replacement after the extension

  • 60-day plan: you can request up to two replacements during the extension

  • 90-day plan: you can request up to three replacements during the extension

For 60- and 90-day plans, you don't have to use your replacements consecutively. You can request them at different points throughout the extended period.
