For all ISP and Datacenter plans, including 30-, 60-, and 90-day plans without extra requirements, we offer a one-time replacement within the first 24 hours of your order if the proxies aren’t working as expected or you’re experiencing issues you can’t solve with the help of our support team.
Replacements are subject to the standard eligibility conditions:
Requests must be submitted within 24 hours since purchase
Total traffic usage must remain below 500 MB
Each order is eligible for one replacement only
After your order has been replaced once, no further replacements are available for that order. Orders with ‘Extra Requirements’ may be handled differently since they involve manual review and proxy selection.
