What is the Organizations feature and how does it work?

The Organizations feature in the IPRoyal dashboard centralizes proxy management across teams and projects. It provides a structured hierarchy to separate organizations and projects while keeping everything accessible from one place.

Organizations feature allows you to manage multiple projects, teams, proxy usage, and billing in separate, structured workspaces from a single account. You can create and manage multiple organizations and assign roles to team members, while keeping your personal IPRoyal account separate.

This way, you can coordinate multiple teams, clients, or campaigns from a single dashboard, simplifying proxy management and maintaining control as you scale.

When Should You Use Organizations?

Use Organizations if your team or business needs a more scalable, structured way to manage proxy access, usage, and costs. This feature is especially useful if you:

  • Manage multiple proxy-based projects or campaigns

  • Need to separate proxy usage between teams or departments

  • Work with external clients and want isolated environments

  • Require role-based access control for team members

  • Want clear billing separation for projects or clients

Understanding Organizations Structure

A single login gives you access to your personal account, all your organizations, and different projects.

  • Personal account - your individual workspace with personal proxy usage, orders, and settings

  • Organization - an independent workspace inside your IPRoyal account with its own projects, payment methods, admins, members, and usage tracking

  • Project - a dedicated workspace within an organization for a specific use case, team, client, or campaign

Managing Members and Roles

As an organization owner, you can invite members and assign roles to maintain control, accountability, and security. There are three main role types in organizations and projects:

  • Admin

This role manages members, projects, proxy orders, and settings to maintain full operational control, streamline workflows, and ensure teams run efficiently.

  • Member

Members use assigned proxy resources and monitor personal usage without accessing administrative settings, keeping operational control centralized.

  • Billing

The billing role manages payment methods and invoices but cannot manage users or change settings, allowing finance teams to oversee costs while keeping workflows unaffected.

Only the organization owner can create organizations and transfer ownership.

How to Access Organizations

The Organizations feature is available in your IPRoyal dashboard, whether you’re a new or existing client. To access it, click ‘Organizations’ (1) in the dashboard. From here, you can create organizations at no additional cost, and then easily switch between different organizations and projects as needed.
