If you used the IPRoyal Workspaces before, you may notice some changes to how your account is structured. This guide explains what changed and how to find everything you need.
What Changed
Your account now has two separate layers:
Personal account - your individual workspace. Any orders or settings here are independent from your organization.
Organization - your previous workspace has been converted into an organization. All orders, projects, payment methods, and usage data that existed before are now inside this organization. Nothing has been deleted.
How to Navigate Between Your Personal Account and Organization
Use the switcher in the top bar to move between your personal account and any organization you belong to.
The top bar displays your current active organizations. For example, 'Organization A'. Click it to switch to a different organization or back to your personal account.
Where to Find Your Orders
Your orders are now located inside your organization, not at the top level of your account.
To access them:
Select your organization from the top bar switcher
Click the Orders tab
If your organization uses projects, each project also has its own Orders tab. Switch to the relevant project from the top bar switcher to view project-level orders.
Understanding Your Account Structure
Your account now follows this structure: Personal account → Organization → Projects
Your personal account is your individual workspace, separate from any organization.
Your organization is where your team, clients, and business operations live.
Projects are separate workspaces within your organization – useful for separating clients, teams, or use cases.
Roles and Permissions
Organizations uses a role-based access system. If you created the organization, you are the Owner and have full control over members, projects, billing, and settings.
The three roles available to members you invite are:
Admin - manages members, projects, orders, and settings.
Member - accesses and uses proxy resources within assigned projects.
Billing - manages payment methods and invoices only, with no access to operational settings.
To manage roles, select your organization from the top bar switcher and go to the Members tab.
Frequently Asked Questions
I cannot find an order I had before. Where is it?
All existing orders were moved into your organization. Select your organization from the top bar switcher and open the 'Orders' tab. If you still cannot locate an order, contact IPRoyal Support.
Do I need to do anything to set up my organization?
If you previously used Workspaces, then it was automatically converted into an Organization and no further action is required. You can review your organization settings, rename it, and invite team members at any time from the 'Settings' tab.
What is my personal account for?
Your personal account is your individual workspace, independent from any organization. Orders and settings managed here are not shared with your organization.
Can I have more than one organization?
Yes. You can create multiple organizations from the top bar switcher at no additional cost.
