Access to a specific domain on your IPRoyal proxies account can get blocked by our automated security system. It flags unusually high traffic to authentication-related or suspicious domains as a precautionary measure to prevent abuse.
The block is always tied to one user and one domain. Your account, your proxies, and access to all other domains continue to work as usual. Only access to the flagged domain is affected.
A domain is automatically blocked when both of these conditions are met:
Your daily traffic to that domain reaches an unusually high request volume.
The domain is authentication-related or is flagged as unknown or suspicious.
How to Unblock a Domain
To request an unblock, reply to the notification email or contact our customer support and include:
What you are using the domain for
Why your traffic to that domain has been high
IPRoyal support will review your reply. If your use case is valid, the domain is unblocked.
Once a domain is unblocked through this process, it is permanently exempted from auto-blocking on your account. You will not need to appeal the same domain again.
If a different domain on your account meets the criteria in the future, the same review process applies.
