If you own one or more organizations under your IPRoyal account, you can move balance between your personal account and your organizations, or between two organizations you own. You can do this directly from the Deposit page in your IPRoyal dashboard without contacting support.
Who Can Use This Feature
This option is available only to clients with the owner role of at least one organization. If your role is member or admin, you will only see the standard top-up flow.
Once you’re logged into an account that owns an organization, you can move balance:
From your personal account to an organization you own
From an organization you own to your personal account
Between two organizations you own
You can’t move balance to organizations owned by other clients.
How to Transfer Balance
Click on your email (1) and select ‘Deposit’ (2) from the menu bar.
Click ‘Move balance between accounts’ (3), and select the source account or organization (4) and the destination account or organization (5).
Enter the amount (6) and click the ‘Transfer’ (7) button to confirm it. The minimum transfer amount is $1.
The funds will move instantly without any fees. Transfers are free and require no currency conversion, so the amount moves at a 1:1 ratio. As long as you transfer at least $1 and have sufficient available balance in your source account, you can complete the transfer at any time.
Invoices & Billing Records
Your deposit invoice always stays with the account where you originally made the top-up, regardless of where you move the balance afterward.
For example, if you deposit $100 into your personal account and then transfer the full amount to one of your organizations, the deposit invoice will remain in your personal account. Internal transfers are not treated as separate financial transactions and therefore do not generate their own invoice.
