Once you have access to the Web Scraper API (Beta), you can generate your API token in your IPRoyal dashboard.
Follow these steps to generate your Web Scraper API token:
Log in to your IPRoyal dashboard
Select 'Scraping products' (1) in the menu on the left and click 'Web Scraper API' (2)
Find the 'API token' section and click 'Generate token' (3)
Copy the token and store it in a secure place right away
The dashboard shows your token only once, when you create it. If you lose it or think someone else has it, click 'Regenerate token' (4) to get a new one.
The old token stops working immediately, so update it in every application that uses it and restart any active jobs so they read the new value.
How to Use Your Token
Send your token in the Authorization header of every request:
Authorization: Bearer <your_api_token>
To keep your token safe, store it in an environment variable instead of pasting it into your code. The code snippets in the dashboard read it from a variable named IPROYAL_WS_TOKEN.
