No, IPRoyal Web Scraper API (Beta) only limits how many scrape requests run at the same time, not how many you send per second or per minute. As long as you stay within your concurrency limit, you can send new requests as soon as active ones finish.
To check your concurrency limit, use the User endpoint (GET /v1/user). The ‘concurrency_limit’ field shows how many scrape requests you can run at once. Contact IPRoyal Support at [email protected] if you want to increase your concurrency limit.
