Once you purchase proxies and make your first payment to IPRoyal, you agree to take responsibility for any charges made following your service plan.
When a Refund Is Possible
Connectivity or service issues: If you're unable to connect to our proxies or experience service problems that our support team cannot resolve within 24 hours, you may be eligible for a refund. Submit your request within 24 hours of your purchase.
Subscription cancellation: If you were charged for a subscription you meant to cancel or cancelled too late, you may request a refund. Request must be submitted within 72 hours of the charge, and none of the newly allocated data has been used.
Manual renewal: If you manually renewed your plan and want a refund on that charge, submit your request within 24 hours of the renewal charge. Also, make sure you haven’t consumed any data of the new allocation to be eligible for a refund.
Exceptional cases: IPRoyal may issue a refund at its sole discretion when the circumstances are deemed reasonable and fair.
When a Refund Is NOT Possible
Cryptocurrency payments: We are unable to process refunds for payments made via cryptocurrency to the original payment method.
Used data plans: Refunds are not available if more than 100 MB of the allocated data on your plan has already been consumed.
Deleted accounts: If your account was deleted while a service was still active, the remaining service period is non-refundable.
Requests submitted after 24 hours: We don't accept refund requests for orders made 24 hours or more after the charge.
Subscription requests submitted after 72 hours: If more than 72 hours have passed since your subscription charge, the charge is no longer refundable.
Manual renewal requests submitted after 24 hours: Manual renewal charges are refundable only within 24 hours of the renewal, and only if you haven't used any data from the new allocation.
