What is your refund policy for the Residential plan?

We generally don’t offer refunds, but there are a few exceptions depending on your purchase type:

  • Pay-as-you-go: If the service doesn’t work properly within the first 24 hours due to an issue on our end and you notify us within that time, you may be eligible for a refund. If you wait longer than 24 hours, we assume you’re satisfied with the service.

  • Subscription: If you cancel your subscription too late, you may be eligible for a refund, provided no more than 72 hours have passed, and you haven’t used any of the newly allocated data.
