Are the proxies from real residential IP addresses?

Yes. A static residential proxy (also known as an ISP proxy) comes from internet service providers (ISPs). While they’re hosted in data centers instead of genuine residential devices, they still have an ASN number connected to an ISP. Simply put, they offer the speed, reliability, and unlimited bandwidth of datacenter proxies and the anonymity of residential proxies.
