Once you purchase proxies and make your first payment to IPRoyal, you agree to take responsibility for any charges made following your service plan.

Dedicated Mobile Proxies (proxy-based)

When a Refund Is Possible

  • Connectivity or service issues: If you're unable to connect to our proxies or experience service problems that our support team cannot resolve within 24 hours, you may be eligible for a refund. Total traffic usage must not exceed 500 MB at the time of the request.

  • Subscription cancellation: If you were charged for a subscription you meant to cancel or cancelled too late, you may request a refund. The request must be submitted within 72 hours of the charge and total traffic usage must not exceed 500 MB.

  • Exceptional cases: IPRoyal may issue a refund at its sole discretion when the circumstances are deemed reasonable and fair.

When a Refund Is NOT Possible

  • Cryptocurrency payments: We are unable to process refunds for payments made via cryptocurrency.

  • Deleted accounts: If your account was deleted while a service was still active, the remaining service period is non-refundable.

  • Refund requests made 24 hours or more after the charge, or if traffic usage has exceeded 500 MB.

  • Subscription renewals: Refunds are not available if the request is made 72 hours or more after the renewal charge, or if traffic usage has exceeded 500 MB.

  • Manual renewals: Refunds are not available if the request is made 24 hours or more after the renewal charge, or if traffic usage has exceeded 500 MB.
