What is your refund policy for Datacenter proxies?

We offer a 24-hour window in which you can request a replacement or a refund. This offer is only valid if the proxies aren’t working as expected or you’re experiencing issues you can’t solve with the help of our support team.

Refund requests for Datacenter Proxies also depend on usage. To qualify for a refund, your total traffic usage within the first 24 hours must be below 500 MB. If it exceeds this limit, the order becomes ineligible for a refund.
