You can’t cancel your completed orders. Residential pay-as-you-go traffic doesn’t expire, and it remains in your account until you spend it.
Other plans (one-day, 30-day, 60-day, 90-day, and Residential subscription) remain available to you over the period you specified in your order.
You can enable or disable the Subscription feature for these plans. Here’s how you can do it:
Residential proxies
To cancel your Residential proxies subscription:
Go to the Residential proxies section in the dashboard and click on Manage Subscription (1).
As you’ll be directed to another page, click on the Cancel plan (2) button.
Other plans
To cancel your proxy subscription:
Click on the order (1) you need
Click on Order details (2) tab
Toggle the Subscription (3) switch to turn it off.
