You can’t cancel your completed orders. Residential pay-as-you-go traffic does not expire under standard conditions and remains in your account until you spend it. Depending on your account plan, data activity requirements may apply to keep your balance active. Check your dashboard for details specific to your account.
Other plans (one-day, 30-day, 60-day, 90-day, and Residential subscription) remain available to you over the period you specified in your order.
You can enable or disable the Subscription feature for these plans. Here’s how you can do it:

To cancel your Residential proxies subscription:
Go to the Residential proxies section in the dashboard and click on Manage Subscription (1).
As you’ll be directed to another page, click on the Cancel plan (2) button.
