Once you purchase your proxies, you have a 24-hour window in which you can request a proxy replacement. This offer is only valid if the proxies aren’t working as expected or you’re experiencing issues you can’t solve with the help of our support team and it’s valid for all our services except residential proxies.
For Datacenter and ISP Proxies, each order is eligible for one replacement, and all replacement requests are also subject to usage limits. To qualify within the 24-hour window, total traffic usage must remain below 500 MB. Refund requests exceeding this limit are not eligible for a replacement.
