How to turn on subscription for ISP Proxies?

Written by Justin

When you purchase an ISP proxy subscription for the first time, it will be renewed automatically.

If you want to turn on the subscription for any of your active orders:

  1. Find ISP Proxies in the dashboard.

  2. Click on the active order (1) you need.

  3. Click on the 'Order details' tab (2).

  4. Enable the subscription (3) and configure your plan (4) with your chosen proxies (5).

  5. Choose the payment method (6) and click 'Save' (7).

The system will automatically extend your order before it expires, so you’ll keep the same IP addresses. A 1-day order will automatically extend by another 24 hours, a 30-day order will automatically extend by another 30 days, and so on. The system will automatically include all discounts you’re entitled to.

Note: You can only extend orders that are still active. Once order status becomes Expired, it cannot be extended or renewed.

Changing Your Payment Card Before Renewal

If you change your saved payment card, or select a different one for your subscription's automatic renewal, the timing of that change matters. The system uses the new card for the renewal as long as you make the change at least one hour before the subscription or order expires.

If you update your card less than one hour before your subscription expires, the renewal still uses the previously selected card.

Note: If that previously selected card is expired or no longer valid, the renewal can fail, and your order may not extend automatically. Update your payment details as early as possible if you know your saved card is no longer active.
