Each Datacenter and ISP Proxy order has a traffic limit of 100 GB per proxy per monthly cycle. A cycle is 30 days, counted from your order's purchase date.
What happens if I exceed the 100 GB limit?
It depends on your order details. Each proxy includes a 100 GB monthly traffic allowance. Your order’s total available traffic is pooled across proxies and equals 100 GB × the number of proxies.
For example, if your order has 2 proxies, the total available traffic is 200 GB per month. So if one proxy uses 100 GB while the other uses 0 GB, your speed remains unaffected. Speed reduction is applied only when your combined usage reaches 200 GB.
How can I avoid speed reduction on my proxies?
You have two options:
Purchase additional data: Once your order reaches 85% of its traffic limit, you'll receive an email notification and the option to buy additional data becomes available in your dashboard. Additional data is charged per proxy and is valid for the current 30-day cycle only — it does not roll over.
Order more proxies: If you consistently need more traffic, adding proxies to your order increases your total traffic limit proportionally.
How do I purchase additional data?
You can add more data from two places in your dashboard:
From the ISP or Datacenter product page
Look for the warning banner at the top - it lists orders that are near or have reached their Fair Usage limit.
Click View orders to see the affected orders.
Open the relevant order and click Add More GB.
Select your preferred data plan, review the order summary, and click Continue.
From a specific order page
Go to My Orders and open the order that has reached its limit.
Click the Add More GB button in the warning banner at the top.
Select your preferred data plan, review the order summary, and click Continue.

Things to keep in mind
Your traffic limit is a shared pool across all proxies in the order (100 GB × proxy count).
Additional data is also purchased per proxy - selecting the 100 GB plan on a 5-proxy order adds 500 GB to your pool.
Additional data is valid for the current 30-day cycle only and does not roll over or carry over if the order expires.
