Under the Fair Usage Policy, each order has a traffic pool of 100 GB × the number of proxies in that order. If your order exhausts this pool before the cycle ends, your proxies will be slowed down for the remainder of that cycle.
Each cycle is 30 days, counted from your purchase date. The limit resets at the start of the next cycle.
Purchasing additional data tops up your order's traffic pool and keeps your proxies running at full speed.
When can I purchase additional data?
Additional data becomes available once your order reaches 85% of its total traffic limit. At that point, you'll also receive an email notification prompting you to top up.
How is additional data priced?
Additional data is sold in three tiers and is priced per proxy. The total data added and total cost scale with the number of proxies in your order.
Plan | Price per month | Rate |
100 GB per proxy | $2.50 | $2.50/100 GB |
500 GB per proxy | $11.75 | $2.35/100 GB |
1 TB per proxy | $22.00 | $2.20/100 GB |
Example: If your order has 10 proxies and you select the 100 GB plan, you're adding 100 GB × 10 = 1 TB to your order's traffic pool for $25.00.
How do I purchase additional data?
You can add more data from two places in your dashboard:
From the ISP or Datacenter product page
Look for the warning banner at the top — it lists orders that are near their Fair Usage limit.
Click View orders to see the affected orders.
Open the relevant order and click Add More GB.
Select your preferred data plan, review the order summary, and click Continue.
From a specific order page
Go to My Orders and open the order that has reached its limit.
Click on Order details.
Click the Add More GB button in the warning banner at the top.
Select your preferred data plan, review the order summary, and click Continue.
Things to keep in mind
Your traffic limit is a pool - 100 GB × proxy count - usable across all proxies in the order in any combination.
Additional data is purchased per proxy, so the total GB added and total cost both scale with your proxy count.
Additional data is valid for the current 30-day cycle only. It resets when your next cycle begins and does not roll over. It also expires if your order expires.
If you consistently hit your traffic limit, consider ordering more proxies to increase your base pool.
