Once you purchase proxies and make your first payment to IPRoyal, you agree to take responsibility for any charges made following your service plan. For this reason, we don’t offer refunds for any payments submitted.
In case you can’t connect to our proxies, run into issues you can’t solve with the help of our support team within 24 hours, or we can’t deliver the service for you anymore, you’re entitled to a refund. No other exceptions are made.
For ISP Proxies and Datacenter Proxies, refund eligibility also depends on usage. If you request a refund within 24 hours, the total traffic used must not exceed 500 MB. Requests where usage is above this limit cannot be refunded.
